General principles

This is the main privacy policy for the web Website: (also referred to as “Website”).Website is administered by  LifeScience Klaster Krakow (LSK) Foundation, ul. Bobrzyńskiego 14, 30-348 KRAKOW, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the District Court for Krakow – Downtown in Krakow, IX Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number 0000458418, NIP: 6762464304, REGON: 122838510. (also referred to as ‘Klaster’).

This Privacy Policy applies to every user of the Website and Websites located in its subdomains.

LifeScience Klaster Krakow (LSK) Foundation respects  the privacy statement  of individuals using the Internet services conducted by Klaster do not sell or disclose personal and address data of its users.

Personal Information

The personal data of the Website’s users are administered by LifeScience Klaster Krakow (LSK) Foundation within the meaning of the Act from 29th August 1997 about personal data protection (Journal of Laws 2002, No. 101, item. 926, as amended.)

While using the Website, the user may be asked to provide certain personal information by filling out a form or in any other way. The data, in most cases, will be the name and e-mail of the user. Klaster requires only the data which are necessary to operate the Website and to provide the services that are available through it.

LifeScience Klaster Krakow (LSK) Foundation processes personal data for the purposes of the Website functioning and services available through the Website.

User data will be stored for no longer than it is necessary for fulfilling the purposes which they were collected for.

LifeScience Klaster Krakow (LSK) Foundation indicates that at the moment of entering the Website, the information about the user’s IP number and type of the device used for the connection is recorded  in the Website’s system log. Klaster will process these data  in accordance with the rules applicable in Poland. The data about the IP number, type of devices used, as well as the connection time and other  data on user activity will be processed for technical purposes.

LifeScience Klaster Krakow (LSK) Foundation reserves the right to disclose some information about the user to the competent authorities or third parties which submit a request for such information, based on an appropriate legal basis and in accordance with applicable law.

Subscription Information

Subscription for LifeScience Krakow’s newsletter requires filling the form available on the Website.  Obtained data are added to the mailing list. E-mail address enables to send information to the user. The user’s name allows our company name to refer to the users personally.

Broadcast Messages

Klaster can send messages that contain information directly related to the Website, services, non-commercial messages (eg greetings, personal comments, etc.) to users who have given their explicit consent to the transfer information the manner specified in the Regulations of electronic services.

Explicit Personal Information

Personal information provided on the Website in the “members of the Cluster”, send comments to articles, publications and comments posts on blog, website, etc. are available for all visitors to the page. Use of such data by persons that are not related to the LifeScience Klaster Krakow (LSK) Foundation, is not subject to privacy rules used by the LifeScience Klaster Krakow (LSK) Foundation.

Other forms

Available on the Website forms used to fill personal information on the services, products, websites and magazines are not from the Jagiellonian Centre of Innovation Ltd. are not subject to this Privacy Policy. Protection of personal data and privacy of users using forms and services are subject to the rules set by those entities.

Some areas of the Service may use cookies, which are small text files sent to the user’s device, that you need to simplify or cancel the operation.
