I. DEFINITIONS

1.1. Definitions used in these list of regulations:

a) Administrator – LifeScience Klaster Krakow (LSK) Foundation, ul. Bobrzyńskiego 14, 30-348 KRAKOW, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the District Court for Krakow – Downtown in Krakow, IX Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number 0000458418, NIP: 6762464304, REGON: 122838510.

b) Newsletter – issued in the form of an electronic collection of materials and information, published by LifeScience Klaster Krakow (LSK) Foundation, sent to the users by e-mail.

c) Regulations – the rules governing the use of the Services provided by the Administrator.

d) Website – internet service available at www.lifescience.pl.

e) Service – a service provided electronically by the Administrator to the user based on the Regulations.

f) User – person using the services provided by the Administrator based on the Regulations.

II. GENERAL PRINCIPLES:

2.1. These Regulations are the rules of services within the meaning of Article. 8 of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of services (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 144, item. 1204, as amended).

2.2. Under these Regulations, anyone connected to the Internet can access the Website.

2.3. Any activity on the Website means accepting the agreement for providing Services. Accepting certain contracts, as determined by the Administrator in these Regulations, requires filling in a form.

2.4. Access to the website is possible under the condition that the user’s computer system  fulfills the minimum technical requirements:

a) the application Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Opera, Internet Explorer,

b) access to the Internet,

c) browser must accept cookies.

2.5. You are required to comply with these list of regulations.

2.6. The user is obliged in particular to:

a) use the Service in a way that does not interfere with its functioning, in particular through the use of specific software or equipment;

b) use of the Services offered by the Service Provider in accordance with the provisions in force on the territory of the Polish law and the provisions of the Regulations;

c) not to produce content and may not prohibited by applicable law, including violating personal rights, intellectual property rights, including copyright or third-party administrator;

d) refrain from activities involving the broadcast and / or placing on the Service unsolicited commercial communications (spam);

2.7. If the User violates the terms set out in paragraph 2.6 point.  a) – d) and Section 4.2 The Administrator has the right to take any action leading to a remedy suffered in connection with the damage.

2.8. You may at any time surrender of the use of the Service.

2.9. The Administrator may, withdraw the right to use the Service, and may limit its access to part or all of the Service or the Service resources offered by the Service, with immediate effect, in the event of a breach by you of these Rules or applicable law.

III. SCOPE OF SERVICES RENDERED

3.1. As part of the Website user gets the possibility to access the content (information, opinions, etc.) on the Website, post opinions and access to order the Newsletter (Services).

3.2. If the opinion or comment posted by User is a song, within the meaning of the Act of 4 February 1994 on Copyright and Related User Rights (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2006, No. 90, item. 631, as amended. Amended.) Administrator provides royalty-free, non-exclusive and unlimited license to the territorial consolidation of any technique, public dissemination, sharing and use for promotional and advertising purposes. User also gives the Administrator the authority to the rights to the songs dependent and perform on its behalf in accordance with the privacy policy. User may at any time terminate the contract by submitting to the Administrator by e-mail notice of termination of the license, together with a request to remove opinions or comments.

3.3. Information identifying the user as an individual (personal data) provided in the posting on the Website comments or opinions will be available via the Service. Data processing is carried out in accordance with the terms of the Privacy Policy www.lifescience.pl “available at: http://www.lifescience.pl/politykaprywatnosci

3.4. Ordering the newsletter is done by filling out a form provided by the Administrator to the Website, by entering the data in the form fields. The user is obliged to provide only true data.

3.5. Newsletter subscription is free of charge and available to each user.

3.6. User may at any time withdraw  the consent to receive the newsletter by sending a notice by e-mail: klaster at lifescience dot pl or click in the newsletter the “unsubscribe”.

IV. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

4.1. The intellectual property rights to any contents available on the Site, in particular copyright of the graphic, verbal and textual and graphical navigation solutions, are protected by law and by the Administrator.

4.2. You have the rights to use any materials contained in the Site only for authorized use. The use of materials in other areas is allowed only on the basis of the explicit consent of an authorized person.

V. RESPONSIBILITY

5.1. The content of the Site are solely the opinion and view of the author. They do not constitute advice for a private person.

5.2. Some of the content available through the Service are the comments and opinions from third parties. They do not represent the official position of Administrator.

5.3. Administrator is not responsible for:

a) any damage caused by any breach by User – in connection with use of the Service – the rights of third parties;

b) damage caused as a result of disruptions in the operation of the Service or unavailable for reasons independent of the Administrator or as a result of occurrences which the administrator was unable to prevent;

c) technical problems or technical limitations of the hardware, the terminal equipment, computer system and IT  infrastructure used by the user, and the user that prevent the correct use of the Service and offered via the Services;

d) any damage caused by the introduction of contents posted on the Website;

e) any other damages caused by the failure with the terms.

VI. COMPLAINTS

6.1. User has the right for claiming a refund related to the functioning of the website within 7 days from the date on which the event occurred. Complaints user can send to the postal address ul. Bobrzyńskiego 14, 30-348 Kraków or  e-mail: klaster at lifescience dot pl.

6.2. The complaint should include in its content: name, surname of the User, postal address, as well as detailed description and reason for complaint.

6.3. A complaint is considered by the Administrator no later than 14 days from the effective date of its submission. User will be immediately notified about the process of dealing with complaint.

6.4. Complaints submitted after the deadline specified in paragraph 6.1 or by the failure to observe of these Regulations will not be considered by the Administrators. Users will be immediately notified about that by the administrator.

VII. FINAL CLAUSES

7.1. The detailed terms and conditions of the processing of personal data of users defines “Internet Privacy Policy www.lifescience.pl” available at: http://www.lifescience.pl/politykaprywatnosci

7.2. In matters not governed by these Regulations shall be governed by the Civil Code and other laws.

7.3. The provisions of this Regulations shall be governed by Polish law.

7.4. Site users can get free access to these Regulations at any time through a link found on the homepage of the Service, in a form that allows the downloading, recording and printing.

7.5. Rules come into force on the 08.08.2012r.
