HICEE has launched a capacity-building initiative tailored for TTOs and SSOs in the CEE region. The initiative focuses on the unique challenges and opportunities within deep-tech healthcare innovations. The programme is designed to equip participants with essential tools for market validation, stakeholder engagement, and attracting investment whilst nurturing an entrepreneurial mindset. Throughout the programme, participants will engage in hands-on workshops and insightful lectures covering crucial topics such as:
- Market validation
- Financing technology ventures
- Intellectual property rights
- Building partnerships with key stakeholders
Participants will develop and explore the potential of a ‘capacity seed’ – a strategic focus on their strengths in healthcare innovation—that will guide their journey through the programme’s structured curriculum.
